Welcome to San Fernando Assembly's web page! San Fernando Assembly #223 was officially chartered on May 23rd 1962 in Los Angeles County and currently meets in Van Nuys, California on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month. Our assembly is a wonderful bunch of girls who have fun, volunteer in their community and are true sisters to each other.   • New Members & Grand Assembly!
    Last night was awesome! We initiated three new members; Sierra, Ani & Emilie! We had a huge crowd and a lot of fun after the meeting with a special cake for the new members.
    We are also so excited to be going to Grand Assembly this weekend! Last night we reviewed all the information and confirmed all the plans and we're ready to go!! Can't wait to update you on all the fun!

  • We're Growing!
    We have 3 applications in and are excited to be holding an initiation on March 25th! 

    We also had two girls compete in the ritual competition last week - Bailey and Holly both did a great job, and Holly received 2nd place in her age group!

    We also voted on having our meeting coin march money go towards the Supreme Temple rebuilding. 

    Lots of great things happening, and just two weeks away from Grand Assembly!

  • Installation
    February 9th we held our 157th installation of officers. It was a wonderful afternoon and such a joy to watch Melanie installed as Worthy Advisor!
    Our girls all earned many awards!
    Melanie received the Confidence Award and her Proficiency pin.
    Bailey received the Fidelity Award and her Proficiency pin.
    Hannah received the Inspiration award (for raising over $300 for the Shriner's Hospital!).
    Holly received the ritual award, Girl of the Year and was announced as Area Miss Service.
    And Mr. & Mrs. Winter received the Adult of the Year award.
    We look forward to an amazing term under Melanie's leadership!
